Factors affecting the service life of dust bag
1、Flue gas volume
Small area, large wind speed, which leads to increased pressure on the dust bag. Over time, it will cause wear and damage to the dust filter bag. The coal type is good or bad, determine the size of the flue gas volume, the size of the flue gas volume directly affects the service life of the dust bag.
2、Flue gas content
After the dust enters the dust collector, due to its diameter, lightness and weight is not the same, resulting in some of the larger diameter of the dust with the influence of gravity fall, the particle size of the smaller dust in the role of wind speed will produce kinetic energy. When the dust is intercepted on the filter bag or bonded to the surface of the filter bag, it will produce a strong sense of impact on the filter bag. Under the impetus of kinetic energy, the dust continuously rushes the filter bag. If the flue gas content is relatively large, the wind speed is also very large, dust filter bag will withstand tens of thousands of times the friction, resulting in the surface of the filter bag fiber off.
3、Dust particles

6、Distribution of airflow
The distribution of airflow is also an important factor affecting the filter bag, if the dust collection equipment in the design of the airflow is unreasonable resulting in excessive local airflow. Working under such conditions will cause damage to the filter bag. The usual solution is to design a deflector plate in the dust collector to change the direction of airflow.
Measures to extend the life of the filter bag
1、Appropriate filter air speed
Usually, when the dust concentration is high, the air speed of the filter should be lower, and vice versa. The smaller the dust particles, the lower the air speed of the filter, and vice versa.
2、Pre-painting to prevent oil adhesion
When the boiler is ignited and running under low load, it usually takes a long time to drain the oil. If the oil and fumes through the filter bag without prior treatment of the filter bag, will cause irreversible damage to the filter bag.
3, the correct blowing pressure and pulse width
Adjust the appropriate blowing pressure and pulse width to avoid excessive blowing pressure.
4、Appropriate exhaust temperature
Strictly control the change of exhaust temperature to prevent it from being too high or too low.
5、Maintenance before and after shutdown
Before the bag stops running, it is usually necessary to spray several cycles continuously to keep the dust accumulation in the filter bag at the lowest level, while transporting all the dust in the dust collection hopper to the ash storage device.
